I just want to read!

Here is Grayson enjoying one of his favorite hobbies...reading. He is our little scholar! His wellness visit went as good as can be expected under the circumstances. At least he only got 2 shots. On a brighter note, Grayson has went from the 25% to the 50%... Yea!!! 'Clap for Grayson.' He weighs 24 lbs. He is catching up for being such a small guy.

He had a fever on Friday all the way to 102. It was awful! He was so pathetic! His virus has since, traveled to his belly. He had to return to the doctor's office today. He was not happy about that! They wanted to check him out. Hopefully he will get over this soon so he can go to his play date on Thursday!

Grayson got his Easter outfit today. He loves shopping, thank goodness! Can't wait to see him in his outfit! Tomorrow is a huge day for us all. I am signing Grayson up for a 'Mom's Day Out' program at the Methodist church by us! I have heard wonderful things about their program. He will go once a week for 3 hours next school year. I think he will really enjoy the program and benefit from it. It will break my heart though to drop him off. Probably more mine than his!

Life from a different view

Grayson has been enjoying life from the up side down view. He was excited to visit Grandma the other day at her work. He ran into every room throughout the entire office building. He loved all the ladies and the attention he got from them. He clapped for his audience, now if we can teach him to take a bow! Grandma went to lunch with us. Grayson was pleased with his grilled cheese. He is still growing so fast! He just got new shoes last month but I think we need to have him measured again! I guess we will have to visit Stride Rite a little earlier than 3 months. Grayson has his 15 month appointment tomorrow. He is due for another round of shots, 4 I believe. Poor baby!!! At least he gets another book at his well visit.

He just loves Sesame Street., Ernie, Bert, Cookie Monster and Oscar 'The Grouch!' He also got an Ernie and Cookie Monster action figure. We all had a very nice day! We were snowed in and didn't get to visit The Children's Museum for the day but still had lots of fun!! We will just go another day to see Clifford at the museum!

Hide and Seek Any one!

Grayson has been into hide and seek lately as you can see from the photos. All that play can be exhausting, sometimes Grayson takes a break on some soft pillows. He is so cute when he plays. We count and he runs through the house just laughing and giggling until we come and find him. I had forgotten how much fun that game can be. Today we went to the library for story time. Grayson thought the story room was really neat. Today the story was about brushing your teeth, something Grayson is very familiar with. He was more interested in exploring the room. He especially liked the small chairs and table just his size. He spent most of story time running around the room touching everything! Then he discovered he could push the chairs followed by trying to turn them over and that is when story time went from good to bad.

Grayson decided he was going to throw a fit since mommy would not let him turn the chairs over...mean mommy! He wants to do everything himself. He has become even more stubborn, I don't know where he gets that from. Hopefully next week will be better. We will just keep trying. He kept flirting with one of the little girls.

Thursday Grayson is going to a Valentines Day party at Palmer's house. We are looking forward to it! Last night we put Grayson's Valentines cards together and put them in the mail today! Just in time! Grayson has really grown this past month. He has shot up 2 in. !!! Our big boy!! No longer looks like a baby!!

Go Colts, You Can Do It!!!!

As you can see, Grayson has on his game face... Serious. Followed by, "TOUCH DOWN!" face! He had on his Marvin Harrison jersey. Grayson got all pumped up for the Super Bowl party he was attending. He saw his buddy Peyton there also. Grayson enjoyed the big screen TV. He is just like his daddy, they both want one. Peyton had fun with the balloons!! Grayson's fun ended much too soon when he decided to have a melt down over wanting to touch and bang on the big screen TV. Mommy decided, it was time to go. At least daddy was able to stay and enjoy the fun! I will make up for it tomorrow evening, we are going to the Pacer game and setting on the floor in the fourth row!!! WOW!

Well, go Colts! We are all cheering for you!!!
